🎐 XC Scribbles 048 – 🕸️ One Person Is Not Enough
I used to love learning everything. I wanted a hand in everything.
A bit of photography. A bit of music. Some design. A touch of philosophy. Even half-baked skills were fine. skills pile up, after all.
I used to believe that the more skills one person had, the more powerful they became. That no matter the situation, there’d always be something you could use.
But recently, I hit a wall. Not because I didn’t want to learn anymore, but because I realized no matter how capable I am, it’s not that important.
One person, even with exceptional skills, is still solitary. Still small. Still fragile.
What we can do is always limited by the fact that we are only one person. By my time, my energy, my point of view.
It wasn’t until I stopped trying to touch every part of the elephant on my own that I saw where real power actually is.
Not in single-point skills, but in the network.
One brilliant individual changes little. Ten people holding hands, each responsible for only a small part, create force that stacks, multiplies, spills over.
That’s not addition. That’s exponential.
So now, I’m no longer in a rush to master everything. What matters more to me is this: which node am I standing on in the network? And who am I connected to?
Not everyone needs to be the protagonist. But every stable node is quietly holding up the entire structure.
One person is truly not enough. But together it’s just right.
