🎐 XC Scribbles 037 - ✨ The Revelation of Farts

Recently, I was genuinely shocked by a small discovery: farts are actually coded messages from the gut.

I used to believe there was a fixed cause-and-effect chart: eat this → fart like that. For example: Eggs → deadly farts; Milk → chain farts; Bananas → cold farts (whatever that means).

But after conducting a very serious, highly committed “human research project,” I realized something crucial: Food is not to blame. Farts are just messengers saying: “Hey. Something inside is fighting.”

One day I ate the exact same food, the same amount, at the same time, yet the fart smelled completely different. Which means the chemical equations in my gut change every single day.

So the “rules” we believe in? They don’t actually exist.

The gut is an emotional chemistry lab:

  • Good mood → same food → fresh breeze fart

  • Bad sleep → same food → toxic fart

  • High stress → same food → nuclear fart

  • Emotional damage → same food → silent-but-deadly fart

So a bad fart isn’t about what we ate today. It’s about what we failed to clear out yesterday. Our gut has been talking to us this whole time.

We just focus on whether it stinks, instead of listening to how it speaks.

Farts are the most honest language of the body. We just pretend not to hear them.

And here’s what shocked me the most: we always trust our internal “food reaction chart.” But that chart updates every day, and we act like it’s permanently fixed. This is exactly how humans operate. We believe we “know ourselves,” when in reality, we never truly look!

We only believe the patterns we want to believe. Farts are the best evidence of this.

Our body is more honest than ourselves. And I am always more naïve than my body.
